We are seeking to hire candidate that are passionate, dynamic, customer focused with an eye for detail, result orientated and a team player, considering that often a guest's first impression of a property is the result of the Front Office Manager“s skills and abilities. The Front Office Manager is responsible for the smooth operation of the Front Desk, Bell / Valet services, Security and the Airport Shuttle operation. The Front Office Manager will: * Effectively train, coordinate and delegate duties to maximize the revenue, occupancy and guest services and employee satisfaction to the highest levels. * To ensure the professional and effective running of the day-to-day front office activities in accordance with all The PLAZA Tirana Policies and Procedures. * Oversee quality control measures to ensure front office standards are met. * Ensure maximum efficiency in communications with the various departments involved in daily activities. * Attend meeting to plan for upcoming events and groups. Requirements: * 2 years' experience as a Front Office Manager in a hotel / resort environment. * Expert in usage of PMS MICROS FIDELIO OPERA. * Expert in usage of online booking system and GDS. * A guest service attitude and to be able to install that in all employees. * Excellent organizational and time management skills * Strong budgetary, forecasting * Ability to consistently produce profit expectations * Multiple language abilities written, reading and speaking; English and Italian are mandatory.
