EPPC Albania on behalf of its customer, an international company which operates in customer solutions, is looking for an IT Developer (business solutions).

Responsibilities:
1. Make analysis of the needs of the users. It can either be CR (change request) or BR (business requirements);
2. Work in collaboration with the document analyst to establish a proper documentation of the business requirements;
3. Develop the code to transform those requirements into applications;
4. Run unit testing in collaboration with the users;
5. Work in collaboration with the documentation analyst to establish user guides of the application-handle TPR (test problem reports) and BR (bug reports) to correct problems in applications (GLPI tickets assigned to second line);
6. Be a backup for generic ICT support.

Requirements for this position:
· University degree in Computer Science or similar;
· At least 1-2 years of previous job experience in similar positions;
· Good knowledge of ASP.net programmin language; (MUST)
· Good knowledge of the Microsoft SQL server management; (MUST)
· Very good knowledge of English, (French is an advantage);
· Understanding of development methodologies and project management methods (agile scrum itpm prince2 ), and IT process management (ITIL);
· Any other experience is a plus (AVAYA, linux, azure, java, php, CISCO).
