Fibank Albania, a rapidly growing commercial bank, is looking to hire a qualified individual for the position of Agency MANAGER for Fier Agency.

Requirements:
-Bachelor/Master Degree in Finance, Economics or Business Administration
-Banking experience for more than 3 years.
-Excellent knowledge of the business environment, preferably in landing concentration.
-Very Good command of English.
-Strong communication, analytical, problem solving, and decision making skills.
-Strong and effective customer service and customer relationship management skills.
-Ability to work in team.
-PC skills

Responsibilities:
-Creating direct contacts and presenting bank products offered to private companies and state institutions.
-Maintain relationship with the actual and potential customers.
-Achieve targets (Key Performance Indicators) set up by the Head Office for bank accounts, loans, deposits, etc.
-Implementing bank regulations and directives from Head Office.
