'Prepares technical solutions, prepare technical requirements and cooperates with technical untis & departments for providing services to large customers. The main projects are providing services for business clients, corporates, national and international operators, institutions etc. Participates together with the sales personnel in presentation of services to clients

Duties:
•Achieve deeper knowledge of the configurations covered by other units / departments
•Using all the tools for subscriber operations like; JIRA, , CRM,OTRS
•Improve corporate customer's database
•Reducing the respond time to 48 hours for the solution of the requests coming from
Corporate and wholesales Sales.
•Reconciliation of Corporate and Wholesale Customers with Fraud management sales needs

Requirements:
•Good knowledge of IP & Data Infrastructure and Transmission
•Good knowledge of methods for delivering telecommunication services like LAN L2/L3, Ethernet SDH etc.
•Good knowledge of the PSTN , VOIP services and infrastructure.
•Very Good knowledge of English language
•Able to work under pressure
•Able and willing to work in team
•Availability to work overtime when needed

Experience:
•1 year of experience in telecommunications industry.

Education:
•Bachelor degree in Telecommunication Engineering, Electronic Engineering or IT.
