CCBS is looking for a potential candidate to fill the vacancy for:
Trade Marketing Assistant

To assist and perform duties for the trade marketing department including performing general clerical duties, coordination of TMR everyday duties, etc.

Main responsibilities:
Coordinate POS branding process
Branding process follow up
Maintain relationship between suppliers and TM team
Branding budget and branding report
Preparation of different analyses and presentations as per department needs
Prepare different surveys and analyzes of the sales on going for department needs
Manage POSM materials ordering, invoicing and delivery process


Skills and qualifications:
University Degree in Economic for Marketing or Business Administration
Good knowledge of English (Italian knowledge would be considered an advantage)
At least one year of experience in marketing or sales area.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent customer service skills; have the ability to work independently as well as in a Team
Strong organization and time management skills
Excellent attention to details and accuracy.
Very good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Power Point
