Job Title: Evaluator
Division/Unit: Recovery Banking Division
Reports to: Head of REO Unit

TIRANA BANK, one of the leading banks in Albania and member of Piraeus Bank Group is currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Evaluator to join Recovery Banking Division.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
·Preparation of evaluation opinion, appraisal report in accordance with the internal guidelines/procedures, processes and/or external regulations.

Main tasks and responsibilities:
Evaluation/Revaluation of the collateral (mortgage or pledge) and preparing of appraisal reports, opinions in accordance with the internal guideline-s/procedure-s, processes and/or external regulations;
Checking of Appraisal Reports prepared by External Appraisers accepted by the bank, to be in conformity with Procedures of Tirana Bank;
Checking of Appraisal Reports prepared by External Appraisers for their collateral market value, which should be in accordance with the real market value;
Checking of Appraisal Reports prepared by External Appraisers for their fees, which should be as agreed by both parts;
Report keeping and update the data of the appraisal reports and collaterals arrived in Bank and collaterals;
Liaises with appropriate lending and credit departments in order to resolve issues in complex valuation cases;
Performs valuations, when necessary.

Required education:
University Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering
Certified Property Valuator - Grade 1
Equipped with license for exercising the activity of Evaluator

Required experience:
3+ years of experience in Real Estate Valuation field

Required competences/skills:
High level of integrity;
Excellent written and oral communication skills in both Albanian and English language;
Ability to communicate effectively with business functions including the ability to interact effectively with business partners;
Results oriented and driven by goal achievement with a strong focus on high quality service performance;
Personable, able to develop strong working relationships; strong influence and team building skills;
Able to operate in a fast-moving and demanding environment and deal ambiguous and often complex work situations;
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.

Other skills:
Excellent knowledge of PC and engineering SW;
Driving license, type B.
