Key responsibilities:
Conduct system analysis, design and development, with limited support from supervisor for new modules or application
Analyze system specifications and translate system requirements.
Prepares or contributes in technical documentation process
Actively participate in new technological developments, testing and debugging and provide necessary records and desired output
Participate in the development of interfaces with third parties including banks, processors or other companies.
Document code consistently throughout the development process by listing a description of the program, special instructions, and any changes made in database tables on procedural, modular and database level
Provide recommendations to management concerning software development standards, methodology and testing
Willing to determine operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions.
Improves operations by conducting systems analysis; recommending changes in policies and procedures.

Minimum qualifications:
3-5 years’ experience working with large and complex RDBMS
Strong Knowledge in Database Development (Packages, procedures etc), preferably ORACLE and Java Platforms.
Strong knowledge of Structured Query Language (SQL)
Detail oriented, strong analytical and problem solving skills
Strong ability to translate business requirements in technical requirements
