Job Vacancy Announcement for Office Assistant Position: Office Assistant Work Experience: At least 2 years work experience at a similar position Letter of Intent: Yes Company: Tirana Business Park (TBP) Duties: Accept, record and classify incoming and outgoing correspondence; Appropriately sending the correspondence, after being reviewed & approved by the managers; Creating letters and other required documents and sending them out to the correspondent addresses; Systemize and record the information relating to the activities of the general manager, department managers or the team; Organize meetings and take care of all travel arrangements for the general manager; Meet and welcome visitors and clients; Keeping record of all required phone calls and incidents in the managers absence & reports them; By the managers assignment organize the printing of particular materials; Translate from Albanian into English and vice versa (verbally & in writing); Organize and supervise following activities: couriers, mail, subscriptions, maintenance of the office equipment, catering, ordering business cards for the employees. Requirements: Higher/University education. Windows (MSWord, Excel, PJ, MS Outlook etc.) and Internet knowledge; Native Albanian, fluent in English, other languages are very welcome; Excellent knowledge of the rules and regulations of secretarial practice.
