ADD is looking for: Marketing Assistant

Purpose of this job:
The Marketing Assistant provides assistance to the local Red Bull Marketing team, supports in everyday tasks and also in the preparation and execution of Red Bull events.

Responsibilities:
1. Supporting in the execution of Red Bull events
​Supports the team in all activities needed in the planning and execution of an event
Responsible for premium participants experience (hospitality of participants, event team and VIP guests)
Acts as the single point of contact for event participants

2. Communication with external partners and customers
Maintenance of the internal Consumer Request System
Supports marketing communications, especially through social networks management, event’s websites maintenance and monthly media monitoring

3. Marketing logistics and day to day marketing operations
Assistance in marketing meetings or workshops organization
Assistance in the production of event materials (shirts, heats, stickers, posters, flyers and similar)
Local usage of the monthly magazine “The Red Bulletin” (target lists maintenance, personal contacts with partners, activation of the magazine)
Supports the National Brand Marketing Manager with coordination of the creative and media agencies to ensure the best possible value-for-money advertising plan execution
Supports in the successful execution of product and packaging launches
Supports the marketing team in the preparation of the annual Business Plan

EXPERIENCE NEEDED:
Excellent communication and writing skills
Computer literate, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Organizational skills, problem-solving and decision-making ability
Well-grounded with social networks and new trends
Creative and innovative
High standard of integrity with a passion for the brand and commitment to Red Bull values
An entrepreneurial ‘can-do’ attitude facilitated by continuous learning and application of appropriate ‘best practices’

Education Requirements:
University degree or higher (preferably with focus in Marketing, Mass Communication)

Language requirements:
Fluent in written and spoken Albanian and English
