Job Opening:
Job Title: Junior Lawyer
Division: Legal Department
Reports to: Manager of Department

TIRANA BANK, one of the leading banks in Albania and member of Piraeus Bank Group is seeking to hire a dynamic, proactive and motivated Junior Lawyer at Legal Department.

Position/Role:
Provides legal support regarding the activity of the Bank.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
Provides opinions on validity of all legal documents related to opening and operation of a bank account.
Represents the bank in courts for issue of writ of execution required for collection of bad loans (retail loans).
Provides legal advice and assist loan administration in drafting loan documents (retail loans).
Provides legal advice for execution of blocking orders on bank accounts, when required.
Carries out the relevant procedures for registration of Bank’s interest over movable or immovable properties.
Carries out relevant procedures for registration of shareholder’s resolutions in the National Business Center and Share Registration Center.

Required experience:
No minimum experience is required. Preferred to have up to two years of experience as lawyer in a private entity or law firm.

Required education:
Bachelor in Law. Preferred to have a master degree in banking/ finance/ business law.
