Digicom Sh.p.k is looking to hire a qualified person for Customer Experience Specialist position: Responsibilities Include : Strategically plan and develop customer experience, as well as follow and improve upon established processes. Ensure discipline and organization in executing projects, while building and maintaining great relationships with clients, co-workers and vendors. Communicate mission objectives effectively, both orally and in writing, and provide metrics to track performance and progress. Interact with cross-functional disciplines, work collaboratively with team members Map all of the customer touch points (pre, during and post) involved in maintenance visits and ensure that these key moments build customer satisfaction Develop and maintain Customer Experience Standards, implement new initiatives, conduct audits to ensure alignment with the Customer Experience KPI, report on performance and drive implementation of any corrective actions Ensure tracking of customer preferences Ensure customer communications are well-managed and implemented consistently Design and conduct product knowledge and practical knowledge information sessions for the employees Monitor results of weekly NPS customer satisfaction survey and recommend/implement corrective actions to improve the customer experience Develop and implement a standard customer experience Participate in meetings to identify best practices Conduct audits on first line structure Provide feedback to company for operational improvements and implement Preferred Qualifications: Hold a Marketing Diploma (Bachelor or Master) Have experience in similar jobs and position Demonstrated ability to work productively on a team and to communicate and collaborate effectively Experience in website and get to know Microsoft office To Apply: Applicants should send their CV at hr@digicom.al Zyra Digicom shpk Rr.
