The Executive Assistant is a position that handles a wide range of executive tasks and should be able to work independently with little to no supervision. They must be extremely well organized, flexible and should manage the content of information flowing in and out of the office. Duties: Coordinating and arranging the agenda and meetings. Prepares and reviews documents/reports by collecting and analyzing information. Maintains confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential. Prepares different documents and/or e-mails. Responsible for calendar management, requiring interaction with both internal and external parties. Screen incoming phone calls and maintain an updated contact list. Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements. Prepare expense reports, meeting agendas, correspondence, memos etc. Prepare meeting materials when needed. Maintains data files (electronic and hard copy documents). Maintain the inventory of office supplies; ensures that the office is supplied in time. Requirements: Highly organized and strong attention to detail Ability to interact with people at all levels in the Company Strong decision making ability and initiative Good Knowledge of Turkish language Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), both Albanian and English Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Familiar with Microsoft Office package Available to work overtime when needed.
