Responsible for the declaration and reconciliation process within the deadlines as per wholesale agreements.

Duties:
-Follows up the implementation and delivering of the contracted Wholesale Services, up to activation/deactivation of the service and completing of the relevant documentations for handling of the service.
-Management of requests, providing or purchasing of National, international wholesale services
-Analyse and report the daily / weekly changes . Reconcile changes with other reports. Based on the contract terms and negotiated values calculates the financial obligation value.
-Prepare monthly reports for national & international wholesale services (volume, revenues, expenses, etc.)
-Generates SAP Orders for national & international wholesale services
-Prepare monthly reports for national & international wholesale services (volume, revenues, etc.)
-Prepare monthly reports for national & international wholesale purchased services (Expenses)
-Follow up the balance/payment status based on finance reporting in accordance with interconnection agreement terms with national operators. Take necessary actions to solve the issues.
-Responsible for preparing draft Agreements procedures, new connections , renewals, upgrades and termination procedures of Wholesale services.

Requirements:
-Accurate and good with numbers; analytical skills,
-Excellent communication and negotiating skills
-Ability to take action as a contributing member in a team environment
-Willing to work under pressure
-Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office package
-Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken)

Experience:
-At least 1 year expreirnce in interconenction/sales/telecommunication

Education:
-University degree (preferred in Economics/Engineer)
